We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to misuse our services or violate any applicable laws.

2. Store Availability

At this time, Studio30 operates exclusively in Lebanon. Orders placed outside Lebanon will not be processed.

3. Products and Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment Method

All orders placed with Studio30 are processed using Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Payment must be made in full upon delivery of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

 

• Incorrect contact or delivery information is provided

• The customer is unreachable

• There is suspicion of fraudulent or repeated refused deliveries

 

5. Shipping

We deliver within Lebanon only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability. Studio30 is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Studio30 does not offer a money-back guarantee.

 

Exchanges are accepted only if the size does not fit, subject to item availability.

 

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

 

• The item received is damaged

• The item received is different from what was ordered

 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

 

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in their original packaging and condition

 

All requests are subject to inspection after the item is returned.

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Studio30 and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio30 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
